llms.txt and llms-full.txt are now generated by Hugo (index.llms*.txt output templates), so the standalone Node generator is no longer used. The CI step that invoked it is removed in api-platform/docs (cd.yml).
Hugo emits llms.txt/llms-full.txt now (see the hugo step note above).
