This PR introduces a Migration for SCORM-Modules to the IRSS. Please take this as a starting point for further work. I tested the implementation with some modules but I do not understand all the SCORM-Subtleties and someone with more SCORm-Knowledge should have a deeper look...
The implementation support both migrated and unmigrated SCORM-modules (as it should be in Migrations), but unmigrated cannot be modifed anymore
